Eligibility and Timeframe

  1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility: 

MKQ Shops accepts returns and exchanges for all technical devices, electronics, and gadgets, including ink cartridges and all types of paper, within 30 days of purchase. The returns are not eligible if the buyer returns the product after the given eligible period; for more details, you can always contact our customer support team. 

  • Condition

You can become eligible for a return or exchange when you ensure the product is in its original condition, undamaged, and includes all original packaging and accessories. The product must contain the product receipt and price tag. These are the only way your product would get eligible for a return and refund. 

  • Non-returnable Items: 

Please note that certain products that have been used, broken, damaged, mishandled, or don’t have a receipt may not get returned and refunded. Unless there is a manufacturing flaw, reimbursements must be made within the allotted period and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Here is a detailed overview of what products are non-returnable;

  • The products that are bought from our final sale events are non-returnable.
  • Desktops, computers, and Laptops are not returnable after 30 days of the order being delivered. 
  • Everything that doesn’t have a UPC or serial number

Return Process

Please contact our customer care staff via phone, email, or the online inquiry form to start making an exchange or return. Buyers are required to give order information, including the order number and the justification for the return. Remember that the reason for return must be authentic and for manufacturer default or damaging of the products. 

  • Return Authorization: 

Following approval of your return request, our customer service staff will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and comprehensive return or exchange instructions.

  • Packaging:

We advise the customers to use the original packing or an alternative to guarantee proper preservation. Include accessories and documentation that came with the product. The parcel you send back to verify the order. 

  • Return Shipping: 

You are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses unless the return results from a product fault, a damaged product, or a shipping error. To ensure the safe delivery of your return, we advise utilizing a traceable shipping method.

  • RMA Label: 

MLFM would appreciate, if applicable, affixing the provided RMA label on the outside of the package for easy identification and processing.

Exchange Process

  1. Product Availability: 

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, MKQ Shops will provide you with alternative options or issue a refund. To initiate the returning and exchanging process, you may take help by reaching us or contacting our customer support team; they will guide you in the best possible way. 

  • Exchange Timeframe: 

If the requested product is in stock when we receive the returned item, we will conduct the exchange procedure within seven to ten days. If the desired product is out of stock, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a refund. The shipping fees for MKQ Shops to deliver you the substitute item are on them.

As per the additional payment or refund, depending on the price difference between the returned product and the desired product, an additional payment may be required or a refund issued. Our customer support team will inform you of any additional payment or refund details during the exchange process.
